Shipping & returns

All of our wigs are custom-made and require a processing period before dispatch. Orders typically take 4–5 business days to process and are usually shipped the same day processing is completed. For local deliveries, standard shipping takes 2–4 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1–2 business days. For international deliveries, express shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Shipping rates are as follows: standard delivery is £5, express delivery is £10, and international delivery is £20.

02Beautty accepts returns only on wigs delivered without styling specifications. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer full refunds on orders that are not delivered. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with photographic evidence — once confirmed, we will initiate a return case and arrange for an exchange. Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been damaged, altered, or chemically/mechanically processed (e.g., hot water, bleach, or dye).
